Park City Mountain First Time, Three Kings and Payday lifts are two blocks away, well with in walking distance.  The Canyons Ski Resort is 3.5 miles away, Deer Valley Ski Resort is 1.5 miles away.  Both of these other resorts are accessible via the free Park City Shuttle Bus system, there is a stop in the parking lot of our condo complex. 

Main street is 3/4 of a mile away a nice walk, but an even better shuttle bus ride which you can catch in the parking lot of the condo, about 75 feet away from the building.

The community has a common area 14 person Jacuzzi which is located across the walkway and within direct view and speaking distance of the living room balcony.  That means that we allow our older kids to go to the jacuzzi and we can keep an eye on them from the condo.

There is one parking space per condo unit, unofficially there is additional parking in the street and the shopping center one block away.

Check in time is 3:00 in the afternoon and check out is by 11:00 am.  This gives our cleaning staff enough time to prepare the condo for the next guests.  If you are flying out in the afternoon and need a place to store your luggage while you ski in the late morning or early afternoon the cleaning personnel may be able to accommodate you, however this ultimately depends on what time the next guest arrives and how much time it her to clean the condo from your stay.

Once you have made your final payment you and your party will be given a welcome letter with a digital code which will allow you and everyone in your party access to the condo throughout your stay.  There is no key to loose or return, no getting locked out and no hassles to sort out.

We provide toilet paper, paper towels, linens, bath towels for 12 guests, hand soap, shampoo, body soap, laundry detergent,  porta-crib, highchair, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and a fully stocked kitchen with condiments such as salt/pepper and spices.    There are hair dryers mounted in every bathroom.
